These Terms of Use govern your use of this site and the applications operated by Impact Digital LLC ("Impact Digital", "we"), including Rex Financial Control, Rex Unified, and Live Timer. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Impact Digital offers custom software, including financial management tools such as Rex Financial Control and Rex Unified, and business management and time-tracking tools such as Live Timer. We also provide custom software development services for clients.
You're responsible for keeping your account confidential and for all activity that happens under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Some of our apps are offered through paid subscriptions. Pricing, payment methods, and billing frequency follow what was agreed at signup. Cancellations can be requested through our contact email.
If you choose to connect a bank account, you expressly authorize access, through our provider Plaid, to your bank account information (balance and transactions) needed for the service to function. You can disconnect this authorization at any time within the app or by requesting it by email.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to violate others' rights, or to access other users' data without authorization.
All code, design, and content of these applications and this site are the property of Impact Digital LLC or its clients, as applicable, and may not be copied or distributed without authorization.
Our services are provided "as is." We are not responsible for financial decisions based on information displayed in the apps, nor for temporary unavailability of third-party services (such as Plaid or hosting providers).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or within the app itself.
